A surprisingly nice experience I had an unfortunate experience with another dealership earlier in the day, misleading pricing, sleazy tactics, etc. When I got to the dealership I w I had an unfortunate experience with another dealership earlier in the day, misleading pricing, sleazy tactics, etc. When I got to the dealership I was immediately impressed by David's friendly demeanor, speed and knowledge. We were driving the car within a few minutes as someone had already pulled it around since I called ahead, he didn't try to "sell me" on the car - it was a used car, I already said I was interested, there was no need to sell me on anything and the lack of pressure was very appreciated. I saw one price for the car - I saw separate prices for the products they could bundle with the purchase and was able to decide what I cared about which made me much more willing to consider the options. He was very transparent about the financing process - I was upfront with my credit score and the APR I expected based on the pre-approval by capital one auto (their website is great btw) and the only concern he had was with getting me a lower interest rate. It was a *very* busy Saturday and the process took longer because of that but he was good about visiting back every so often and we never felt like we needed to see him and he hadn't been around for a while. 2017 XLE Premium We got our XLE Premium here; it was the best price, especially with the trade in. Kristin was organized and clear about the paperwork, etc. Initial interaction at the actual dealership could have been better. Though I had said we would be in that afternoon, the car that we were originally interested in was not ready for us; they couldn't find it anywhere. We had to drive around both lots and still couldn't find it. We later found out that it had been "damaged." Still not sure what that means. The specs on the car that we ended up buying were a little different than the one we had originally been interested in. Muhammed was very attentive and friendly, especially with my kids. He gave us a great price on our trade-in. More
