Kristin was organized and clear about the paperwork, etc. Initial interaction at the actual dealership could have been better. Though I had said we would be in that afternoon, the car that we were originally interested in was not ready for us; they couldn't find it anywhere. We had to drive around both lots and still couldn't find it. We later found out that it had been "damaged." Still not sure what that means. The specs on the car that we ended up buying were a little different than the one we had originally been interested in. Muhammed was very attentive and friendly, especially with my kids. He gave us a great price on our trade-in. More
