Attentiveness! Muhammed and Jacob were very attentive to my requests for information, comparison of financing, finding the exact version of the RAV4 that we wanted. Muhammed and Jacob were very attentive to my requests for information, comparison of financing, finding the exact version of the RAV4 that we wanted. They gave me a Hybrid SE "rental" for overnight so that I could test drive with my husband who is disabled and was not able to come to the dealership with me. When I came back the next day, I told them that we wanted to get the Hybrid Limited instead. No problem, it was in stock, in the color we wanted. While discussing financing, we started with lease options, but later changed to 60-month financing. I did not get any questioning of the change, or frustration about the "waste of time". On the contrary, they assured me that they wanted to make sure that we ended up happy with the purchase and the process. Oh - and they had extra cords and outlets so I could charge my iPhone! More

A surprisingly nice experience I had an unfortunate experience with another dealership earlier in the day, misleading pricing, sleazy tactics, etc. When I got to the dealership I w I had an unfortunate experience with another dealership earlier in the day, misleading pricing, sleazy tactics, etc. When I got to the dealership I was immediately impressed by David's friendly demeanor, speed and knowledge. We were driving the car within a few minutes as someone had already pulled it around since I called ahead, he didn't try to "sell me" on the car - it was a used car, I already said I was interested, there was no need to sell me on anything and the lack of pressure was very appreciated. I saw one price for the car - I saw separate prices for the products they could bundle with the purchase and was able to decide what I cared about which made me much more willing to consider the options. He was very transparent about the financing process - I was upfront with my credit score and the APR I expected based on the pre-approval by capital one auto (their website is great btw) and the only concern he had was with getting me a lower interest rate. It was a *very* busy Saturday and the process took longer because of that but he was good about visiting back every so often and we never felt like we needed to see him and he hadn't been around for a while.
