There was no good cop bad cop to deal with. There was only the good cop who even signed all my financial paperwork with me and caught a couple very minor errors that were printed out and made sure everything was done correctly. I gave him a very tight time line and he was able to move along very quickly on my behalf. he was authentic; he cared about my wife and I and our needs. He was genuinely interested in us and our background. I have kept his card and will recommend all my friends and family to Von and Beaverton Toyota. More

I am very happy with my new RAV4 hybrid - fun to drive, good road clearance, and all the safety features and in-town mileage I was looking for. Nick spent time with both my husband and with me, and once I determined that a new Camry wasn't really what I wanted, he suggested the RAV4. I was very pleased with the experience and would recommend Nick and this dealership to anyone. Also - I had a very positive experience with the service dept when I brought my old Camry in. Beaverton Toyota, and Chad in particular, stood out from the others in terms of 1) low pressure, 2) extremely knowledgeable and trained on the vehicles, and 3) did a great job of delivering the vehicle and again stepping us through every feature and button so that when we left we felt very comfortable with the features and how they worked.
