Long time client; usually very satisfied, but not this time! There were 4 areas that resulted in my usual 5-star rating dropping to about 2-1/2: (1) The reminder sticker said next service due at 155K miles. I already have 158K so apparently received someone else's sticker. That's sloppy work. (2) I was advised the cabin filter needed to be replaced. Didn't realize until I got home that access to that filter is thru the glove box, which was locked. Apparently someone used a master key to open it (how else could they check?), but I was not asked for permission. If the box is locked, it's for a reason; they should have asked first. That's unauthorized access. On the other hand, if they didn't use a master key, did they actually check & replace, or just charge $50 and do nothing? (3) I was pressured to replace windshield wipers that I knew were still in very good condition. When I declined, he pushed even harder. They weren't on sale, and would have cost over $40! I don't appreciate high-pressure sales tactics...no means no! (4) I signed up for "5K service" which in the past has always included tire rotation. The advisor made a point of saying that's not part of the package (a recent change?) but he'd do it, and give a credit, which he did. Prices are high enough, don't nickel and dime us! I miss Patrice, who apparently has been promoted. Good for her, but I miss her sound advice and "heads-up" information so I can plan for future maintenance. My "new" advisor spent time showing the charge & credit for the tire rotation, and again complained about the windshield wipers, but didn't provide a planning list for future appointments. More
Azhar Khan was awesome! I typically do not like the car buying experience. However, after going to just about every car dealership in Beaverton, I was lucky enough to get Az I typically do not like the car buying experience. However, after going to just about every car dealership in Beaverton, I was lucky enough to get Azhar Khan as my salesman. He was extremely knowledgeable about Toyota and specifically, the 4-Runner I was looking at buying. He wasn't pushy and answered all of my questions and concerns with ease and patience. Where I typically feel as though the car salesman is counting his commission as we are talking, I didn't once feel that way with Azhar. Having owned 11 vehicles throughout the past, I was interested in leasing, not buying, the 4-Runner. I couldn't have asked for someone better than Azhar to work with me on explaining the lease options. He gave me the pros and cons to both buying and leasing and went through all the options step-by-step. And to top it off, he went to bat with management for me on my trade-in and he was able to get an additional $2,800 more than they had originally quoted me. I am in the sales/service business and it's not often that I find GREAT customer service. Azhar Khan provided the absolute BEST car buying experience that I have ever had. I will recommend Azhar to all my friends and family....and I would also like to steal him to come work with me! :-) More

Manipulative and Condescending Service Employees I took in my 2013 Toyota Corolla for a maintenance service. After 45 minutes of waiting, I was told by Spencer Caley that I need to have my brake pads I took in my 2013 Toyota Corolla for a maintenance service. After 45 minutes of waiting, I was told by Spencer Caley that I need to have my brake pads changed. I asked nicely to as the service person to clarify because I just changed it 6 months ago, since I understand that service vs customer service doesn't know exactly what the paper can interpret. Without even stopping to ask, he accused my mechanic of not doing the job I asked of him that maybe I cannot trust my mechanic. This made me irritated, I asked him once again to ask the service person because I will not take the insults. I DO NOT deserve to be treated like a child and talked down to. He scurried away and another 40 minutes later he had more explanation on why he was told that and he continued to tell me that my mechanic did not check the rotors. I asked him to stop with the condescending and righteous tone because I have been treated horribly by Portland Toyota numerous times before and that is why I transferred to Beaverton. I was in tears at this point, I told him I just want to check out, I asked him if he added the $5 coupon he mentioned earlier and he said he did and walked away and left me with the cashier. I look at the bill and the coupon wasn't there, I asked the cashier and he checked with Spencer and he came back apologizing profusely about how he was condescending to me and he comped the bill. He took me to a room to talk to me and he had a notepad with him, he said he wanted to write notes on how he can make my experience better. He wrote nothing on the notepad after I told him my experience with Toyota. He kept asking what he can get or give me, I asked for nothing, I asked to get a quote for the rotor and brake pads and he would not give it to me he said that he will talk to his manager tomorrow to see if there is anything they can do. 3 days has gone by, I received no follow-up. I emailed him and waited another 3 days, still nothing. I called and a manager returned my call and accused me of wanting to get free stuff. It was Spencer's promise to follow up and that is exactly what I was calling about. You don't need to accuse me of wanting discounts when your employee promised exactly that. DO NOT GO TO PORTLAND OR BEAVERTON TOYOTA GO TO WILSONVILLE TOYOTA! More

Purchase of a Used SUV from Beaverton Toyota Clear! We wanted to buy a fairly new SUV and had been checking the ads for awhile and then we saw a very nice one advertised online at Beaverton Toyota and s We wanted to buy a fairly new SUV and had been checking the ads for awhile and then we saw a very nice one advertised online at Beaverton Toyota and set up an appointment to see it. It was a sparkling silver 2017 Hyundai Santa FE and we fell in love with it as soon as we saw it! Our sales associate, Maritsa Salinas, was very helpful, patient, courteous, professional and had a good sense of humor. She did not pressure us at all and allowed us to take a test drive and examine the vehicle thoroughly without being pushy. She answered all our questions and we feel that she got the best deal possible for us to afford the monthly payments and we were satisfied with the trade - in price that we received on our old car. We had owned two Hyundai vehicles in the past and were very satisfied with them so we felt comfortable purchasing another Hyundai. Overall our experience was very good, easy, fast, hassle free and positive with Beaverton Toyota Clear and it's sales staff was very nice and helpful. I would totally recommend Beaverton Toyota for anyone looking to buy a quality used car! More
