I went back into Toyota, hoping they would find a way to help me. Bin greeted me at the door with a smiling face! I told him my situation and for the next 2 days (I had to leave and come back because of work), shared in conversation and laughs while him and Ezra worked their tails off to get me into a vehicle. My first Toyota! I had previously owned my Subaru Outback for the last 14 years and had decided it was time to upgrade to the truck I've been wanting for over a year! I had previously owned my Subaru Outback for the last 14 years and had decided it was time to upgrade to the truck I've been wanting for over a year! I had done quite a bit of research and decided a Tacoma TRD Sport was the truck I needed to have and based on internet searches knew the average price they were selling for. A friend of mine had recently purchased a 2018 4Runner from Beaverton and had a great experience. I went on the test drive with her and met Josh Yeomans at that time. I teased and said to Josh "if you do well you can sell me a Tacoma in a few weeks". Josh answered every question I had with confidence and made it clear he loves the Toyota product. He and I kept in close contact while I waiting for my home refi to settle, finally 1/24 was the day. I took delivery of the TRD Sport I really wanted for a fair price and had PLENTY of selection to choose from. I never once felt pressured, all questions were answered, it was great doing the deal beginning to end with one contact, Josh was so great he even drove with me to the place that was purchasing my old Subaru - THAT is customer service people!! I would definitely recommend others to come by Beaverton Toyota (and have already) when they're ready to purchase a vehicle.
