In May Salesman James Irvine was dishonest, adding $4,665 to my loan after I told him NO OPTIONAL FEES. In June Manager Milo Stanich was dishonest and has been unresponsive in having this removed. This is st to my loan after I told him NO OPTIONAL FEES. In June Manager Milo Stanich was dishonest and has been unresponsive in having this removed. This is still unresolved. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I was Texting with a person named Teri. We discussed a Tacoma that was supposed to come in soon. I was going down there to put a deposit. I was told Teri just answer the phone and a guy named Tony was going to help me. I gave him the wrong stock number but then found the correct one. I wanted a hybrid but Tony wanted to sell me a regular truck. Tony took down the correct stock number and looked it up. Came out told me it was going to be 55k I told him I thought I saw 53k and before I can say anything else. This man yelled at me saying I’m accusing him of lying. At no time did I ever accuse him of lying. He continued to yell at me and insisted I called him a liar. I xxxx me off so bad. He could have just said I think you got the price mixed up or something in a nice tone. Never had I ever encountered a salesperson yelling at a customer. Goes in and tells his boss a different story. They act like I was stealing or something. VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. More
I never write reviews and VERY unhappy with my experience. On 6/10 at 8:40 I had an appointment for an oil change only and I had called a week earlier to make this. When I arrived, the greeter was very polite and said I didn’t have an appointment and I told him I did, I received a text the day before reminding me. I’m assuming she was the manager, blonde gal and got snippy with him and jumped in my vehicle and moved it up. The greeter told me it would be considered a walk in, no I had an appointment and it would be 1 1/2 hours. Not happy. After 2 hours and 15 minutes I went to someone in a red shirt in your service lobby area and asked how much longer and she said they just got the parts and it would be a few minutes. Not happy at all. 2 1/2 hours for an oil change??? I did not want the multi check you do, but it was done anyway. 2 1/2 hours for an oil change is ridiculous!!! If I get a text reminder, your system for appointments needs to work better! More
The detailers did a good job cleaning up a spill and quite a good job detailing the interior. There was a strong chemical smell from the cleaning which Hannah Reyes dealt with directly and professionall quite a good job detailing the interior.
