Above and beyond My husband and I love Beaverton Toyota! We have purchased 8 vehicles from them now and every experience has been easy and we haven’t felt pressured or My husband and I love Beaverton Toyota! We have purchased 8 vehicles from them now and every experience has been easy and we haven’t felt pressured or pushed to buy anything. The last so times we have gone in we purchesd two cars in the same day and Hasan helped us both times. He felt like family and really made the process enjoyable and easy! He listened to us and made sure we got the car we wanted and just “made it happen” Hasan left such an impression on us we will continue to ask for him until he retires! Biff helped us with our finanacing and reassured us that we were loyal customers and that we would be well taken care of and we were! We love our 2018 Highlander and 2018 Tundra! I’d recommend Jessica Fuentes but NOT Azhar Khan. The positive: Jessica Fuentes helped us and she was great. Personable, listened to what we wanted/needed, helpful and did not come across as “predator The positive: Jessica Fuentes helped us and she was great. Personable, listened to what we wanted/needed, helpful and did not come across as “predatory car sales (wo)man.” Loved her. She was patient as we looked at several vehicles and had good insight into perks, etc. of the various vehicles we were interested in. The negative: Midway through our credit application experience with her, Azhar Khan came over and attempted to overtake Jessica as the salesman, and it was awkward and unpleasant. He: (1) explained what we *should* be doing at this point in the process (applying for credit), which was EXACTLY WHAT WE WERE DOING. He wasted our time with that explanation. (2) He belittled Jessica in front of us by repeatedly explaining that she is new and implying that she therefore was not capable of properly facilitating our experience/the sale and that we could only do this with his help. I did not care for his approach to this situation at all. (3) He pulled our credit scores and “scolded” me about my credit, noting that my credit score is lower than my husband’s and that he’s “never seen that before, what’s going on with you?” I viewed this as his way if dismissing me (a woman) so that he could deal with my husband. I was appalled by this behavior especially because I am the primary breadwinner in my family and I handle all the finances. His assumption that my husband is in charge disgusted me. I then later found out that he had (intentionally? unintentionally?) swapped our credit scores, mine in fact IS higher than my husband’s so he was either mistaken or lying. Either way does not give me the slightest bit of confidence in him. My recommendation: if you have a woman walk in, don’t pair them with this man. I was tempted to walk out after my interaction with him. Final comments about the negative aspects of our experience: we were there for close to 5 hours. We decided on our car within the first 45 minutes. The whole process takes way too long. After we left we were informed that “oops, we forgot to put on the temp plate” which means that, due to Toyota’s mistake, we drove off the lot with an illegal vehicle and I am not okay with that. I returned to Toyota the following day to get the temp plate. I would be very happy to talk further about my experience if anyone at Toyota would like to learn more about our experience. More

So much more than I ever expected for a routine visit. I had a small issue with a prior detail service on my vehicle that I also wanted resolved during this same visit that my 5,000 mile service was scheduled to be done and James solved the issue by going beyond what I ever expected to resolve the issue and make it right. He was very generous to have the detail service done over to meet my expectations at no charge as well as the 5,000 mile service. His generosity and willingness to resolve the issue has given me even more peace while I have my Highlander serviced at Beaverton Toyota and they have my full trust. I can rest at ease that James will professionally resolve any issues that may arise, if any, with the utmost respect to the customer. I sincerely appreciate his professional work ethic. I have always had my Highlander serviced at Beaverton Toyota and I will always be their customer in the future! More
