This was my first time buying a car by myself from a dealership, and I was very nervous as I had heard so many horror stories about car salesmen who would take advantage of you. Tony Hossini, the gentleman who helped me with my car, did no such thing! He was very personable and sweet, and was willing to work with me on any pieces of the process I was uncomfortable with before continuing. I was lucky enough to secure pre-approved financing through my bank before coming to Beaverton Toyota, and because of that and Tony's efficiency, I was done with all the paperwork within 30 minutes--no joke! Overall, I was amazed at how attentive and understanding of how awful this process can be for people that Tony was. With 19 years of experience under his belt, it's quite clear he has made the most of his time there to learn the best ways to truly help the customer instead of just his pocketbook, and for that alone I give this place 5 stars. Thank you again Tony, you were amazing!!! More
