I found a few vehicles I like on the website and it is great to see the price displayed without having to give them your information unlike Wilsonville or Portland Toyota. I came in without an appointment and was greeted by Tony Hossini who would be the only person I would need to interact with until I drove off the lot with my new Corolla. Tony was kind, helpful, but also gave me real feedback when I asked for his opinion rather that just being a “yes” man. He took me around the lot to show me the cars I had in mind. We took a few test drives and my mind was made up. He walked me through all the financing and I was out the door probably within 90 minutes of decided on which car I wanted. From the get go, Alex was incredibly attentive and understanding as our customer service rep. He listened to what we wanted in a car, offered us variety and listened to our concerns, and ultimately helped us to pick our new car. He never pressured us into models that we weren't interested in or tried to convince us that something was 'close enough' even if we had concerns. Once we decided that we wanted a Hybrid RAV4 with Galactic Aqua paint, Alex was able to secure us the next model that was being shipped to the dealership. We placed a down payment and heard from Alex once a week with updates until our car arrived a month later. The actual leasing process was incredibly easy and straight forward and took approximately 30 minutes. We never felt rushed or like our questions were an imposition. Beaverto I bought a 2018 4Runner off road premium, after having a hard time locating this specific package at other dealerships in the color I wanted. Beaverton had 3 for me to choose from with a great price- $2-3k less than other dealerships. Once we decided what I would be purchasing- warranties, etc- that part was pretty quick, but finalizing everything and finally leaving the dealership took another 2 hours.. I wish the last half would’ve been more efficient but I understand buying a car isn’t a quick process. Overall, happy with my experience and was treated great. I didn’t feel taken advantage of or like someone was blowing me smoke. It was satisfying process. More
