No response to my repeated calls On Friday, April 13, I took the Venza in for oil service maintenance. It was fine but who ever checked the cabin air filter broke the glove box door. I spoke to a service person before I left the premises. He tried to fix the problem but couldn't. He told me I would have to replace the glove box door, which was working fine before I arrived at Beaverton Toyota. I called my service advisor, Robert Murphy, when I got home and left him a message about the problem. He has never returned my call. I contracted Zhane via the internet chat line on Saturday April 14. He told me someone would call me. I have not received a single call back from anyone at Beaverton Toyota. Technician 1228 worked on the Venza. I'm certain I will continue to be ignored. After more than 35 years of loyalty to Beaverton Toyota, It's time to move on. More
