Long drawn out paperwork process. The negotiating process was quick, I knew the price of the car and we came to a quick agreement on my trade. I was frustrated when I first arrived tho The negotiating process was quick, I knew the price of the car and we came to a quick agreement on my trade. I was frustrated when I first arrived though because I couldn't find a sales person to assist me on the lot. I ran into an employee and asked if anyone could help me and he said someone would be right out. I looked at Camry's for over 15 minutes by myself before anyone came out. Once I decided on the one I wanted and we agreed on a price it then it took several hours for the for the dealership to complete their paperwork. My last vehicle took an hour and a half from the time I walked in the door to driving away at a competing Toyota dealership. Then to top off the long wait I was was owed a $300 check and was told it was unknown how long it would take after the paperwork to get the check. I agreed to return the following day and pick it up. I sent a text to my salesman at least two hours before I arrived. After arriving and waiting for over 30 minutes my salesman said sorry he had been busy and the check wasn't ready. No one could tell me how long it would be to get the check and since I had to go work I had to leave. When I said I couldn't wait I was asked to come back again and pick it up which I wasn't going to do so I asked that it be mail to me. There has been no follow up from my salesman after. That is frustrating. More

He spent the course of a few months emailing back and forth with me to make sure I had the exact car waiting for me when I finished my internship in New York. He happily responded to all my emails filled with endless questions and went out of his way to find the exact 4Runner trim I was looking for that was not very common.
