Quick, Easy, No non-sense, Flexible We came in for a specific truck. After a couple of days I was able to bring the truck home. Binh showed us around the dealership and had opened up the concession stand to whatever we wanted while the documents were being drawn up. Binh and Peter made sure to detail and truck and filled up the tank with fuel. Mati did a great job showing us and explaining all the features on the variou Not my typical experience purchasing a car. It was actually pain free. Mati did a great job showing us and explaining all the features on the various Highlander models. No pressure at all. We didn't go in expecting to buy but ended up buying a new Hybrid Highlander. Processing the paperwork took about an hour and Mati spent another 45 minutes explaining how all the features on the car worked. It was also nice to only have to work with one salesperson from beginning to end. I would recommend Mati if you are exploring a new car. More
