Greg Parker was patient, answered all my questions, encouraged me to take a thorough test drive (including up a big hill in a Prius!), etc. They completed the loan application for my credit union (which offered the best rate), so that wasn't a second step. I got lucky and the exact vehicle I had seen listed on-line was still available. We have been taking our older Prius to this dealership for service for many years. I really like the services they offer (shuttle, on-site snack bar and work space). More
