I was very happy to have Karina Juarez as my Sales Representative. Karina was positive, energetic, and really listened to my needs and wishes. She wasn't pushy at all, which I really appreciated. Karina answered all of my questions and concerns with honesty, and truly empowered ME to make the best decision for myself in regards to my car purchase. Then we contacted Beaverton Toyota... because if we couldn’t get what we wanted, at least they have a large inventory and their advertised prices were below MSRP. From the moment we called them they were on it like a SWAT Team. Courtney Ann Faria listened to every detail and coordinated the team. Adam Kadri and Dan Perez reasearched inventory from all over the state. They were prompt, polite and hard working. Two of them offered to work on their days off. We had our dream car in only a few days. Adam presented us with our perfect SUV and was very organized in the closing process. It was awesome. More

Simple and painless transaction. Great dealership. Low pressure, patient and friendly, Greg was an exemplary salesperson. The price on the used Dodge I bought was fair and I was given what seems to be Low pressure, patient and friendly, Greg was an exemplary salesperson. The price on the used Dodge I bought was fair and I was given what seems to be a reasonable amount for my trade. The staff was knowledgable and friendly and easy to deal with. Heck, even the sandwich from their little deli wasn't half bad. I particularly enjoyed not having to deal with any back-office finance shenanigans. I've bought and enjoyed over 20 vehicles in the past and am very familiar with the normal tactics and process. None of them were employed here. They did offer the usual service contract and the like but declining it was no hassle. Application and lending process were also fairly painless. I would say that the lending process took a bit more than the advertised hour. It wasn't bad by any means, but I can't say they lived up to their own promise in that regard. Still, it wasn't bad, and Greg was fun to chat with while we waited. Thumbs up for no one having one of those "spilled" coffee cups in sight. I'm sure someone has one somewhere, but I didn't see it. :P More
