Once you own it customer care is over with. Bought a brand new tacoma. The sale went great they helped a bunch. After the paperwork was done was told your truck was ordered without floormats. Ok charge me 150 bucks for floor mats thanks for nickel and diming me, no problem. Then I realized they gave me the wrong mats, they were for a manual and I bought an auto. Went back down and they said they would call me about it the next day, no call came. Took my truck in for an AC issue making a strange noise, mechanic heard the noise and says thats normal. So if you get a tacoma the ac will hiss for a couple seconds about every 30 and air will always come out of the vents even with the switch in the off position. Also every time I slow or stop and the truck downshifts into 1st gear it adds additional stopping force through transmission breaking as if I was downshifting to brake in a manual. The rpms also jump about 300-400 when this happens. The mechanics said they cannot observe this issue and need me to come in another day to take them on a test drive. It happens everytime you stop or slow to almost stopped and can feel it descelerate the vehicle and can see the rpms jump. So far really disappointed in my choice to switch from Dodge to Toyota but the dealership knows it's too late now. Also no one I have asked can tell me if aftermarket parts will void my warranty they just want to steer me towards TRD parts instead of giving me an answer. More

Poor Purchase Experience 20180609 As an Astoria Oregon Business Owner Recently purchased Certified 2015 Sienna LE from Beaverton Toyota with very poor experience out of two occasions. As an Astoria Oregon Business Owner Recently purchased Certified 2015 Sienna LE from Beaverton Toyota with very poor experience out of two occasions. - The transaction was poorly prepared, until very end of paperwork dealership just realize the plate license require renewal. I have to spend additional 30min on human error. - The Odometer was wrongly reported to DMV. I have questioned agent and operation prior to departure, they have advised me I may have remembered the wrong car. (Referring to another same model). 2 weeks after transaction now that additional notice request to validate/certify another human error! For signing more paperwork what I have already paid for! For the amount of hour of driving and recurrent work, this will certainly not be recommended for corporate purchase. We come in to buy out in one payment, certainly should receive a clean precise service. This will not be an acceptable service experience. More

Maintenance Service I trust Beaverton Toyota with my 2006 Highlander. It's my baby with under seven thousand miles on the odometer. I take excellent care of this car. My last two maintenance visits have been expensive. This $47.70 estimate turned into a $402.54 final invoice.. That's better than the previous visit, which resulted in a final invoice of over $700.00. But I realize that a twelve-year-old car is going to need extra service along the way. Of course, I was under no pressure to agree to these recommendations. However, I never put off any service the car needs. Fortunately I believe Beaverton Toyota's service department is as concerned as I am that my car stay in its tip-top condition. I listen to them and respect their advice. My service advisor, Spencer Caley, explained everything clearly, including service he felt I needed now and the recommendations I could put off for a while. But I don't do that. I want to drive away knowing my Highlander is in the best condition possible. And I believe I did just that. By the way, Spencer is an excellent representative of Beaverton Toyota. Professional and personable. He's a keeper. More
