Not knowing what to expect, my wife and I were introduced to Hasan Abdellatif. After a few minutes, we both realized that Hasan had a genuine interest in trying to find the right car for us. We settled on a 2018 Toyota Highlander XLE. He was very professional in explaining the operation of the vehicle, the finance options and the extended warranty programs offered. He even programed the radio and set up the cell phone interface. At no time did we feel pushed or perceive a high pressure atmosphere by him. Bottom line, we both highly Beaverton Toyota and Hasan Abdellatif to anyone who is contemplating purchasing a vehicle. More

Very thorough in diagnostics and repairs needed. Went in with Check Engine light on. They also did a maintenance check on the car to see if there was anything else that needed to be replaced. Because of the age of the car there was a difficulty in getting the sensor needed to take care of the Check Engine problem. Until they knew the replacement sensor was going to work, they recommended the other necessary repair wait until they knew if the replacement part was going to work. Once it was determined the replacement part was working properly they did other necessary replacement work. Dhir called regularly to inform me of the status of the car and service work. More

They have plenty of helpful staff and plenty of inventory to choose from. Their facility is very welcoming complete with a nice cafeteria that offered really good food (my wife got a chicken salad while I did paperwork). They also have a kids play area separate from the main area...I even saw a couple of kids walking into the play area with putters and golf xxxxx. If you are considering a Toyota in this area, this the place to go. More
