Aaron-our salesman did a great job, We are from Eugene and wanted to see the bottom side to ensure no rust was found. He took the pictures we needed, answered all questions, was straight foreword and very personable. The not as good: We were not advised that the posted price was non negotiable-at all, this should have been stated on the phone. We would not have made the trip had we known. We are also accustomed to paying in full and taking the title to the DMV ourselves to save almost 200 in fees. This was also not possible per dealership policy. We ended up paying almost 800 more than expected. Good place to buy, just knowing what to expect would have improved our experience. More
Knowledgeable, pleasant, encouraging not pushy I had done my homework so I was sold on a Prius. I didn't know the different levels so Karina brought the different models up on the computer for my son and I to review. We decided on the model that seems to fit my needs, then drove it. I went back the next morning and caused her a bit of a problem. She had taken the red model I had been looking at to the lot down the street the day before and had it available when I got there (it was the only red one you had) -- but I had decided I didn't like the tomato red (I like a cherry red) so I asked what other colors it came in. She brought them up on the computer and I loved the bright blue so she made another hike down the street to get the blue one. I loved it! We waited while the service dept. did its magic, then we went out to the car. She went over the safety features as well as some of the technical features that are very new to me. I felt like she took her time to walk me through the entire purchase and was patient and very pleasant to work with. More

The Staff My experience with Beaverton Toyota was great. There was no pressure at all to buy and everyone was friendly. I worked with Ajay and Bud and both were knowledgeable, friendly and answered all my questions. I gave this a 4 star because of financing issue (which ended up working out better on my end) no floor mats in the car, which I didn't realize at the time due to plastic covering the floor. I was from out of town and didn't realize till half way home. Called the dealership and they couldn't help me, but told me to contact my local dealership. Also, realized a rear side window was replaced, but wasn't disclosed at time of sale. Carfax says windshield was replaced, but it was a side window which was not tinted like all the rest. All and all it was a good experience and Bud was a great guy! More

Adam Kadri met us in the lot and took care of us immediately. I will say that Adam did a great job during the sale. However, in less than 24 hours we ran into a problem. I notified Adam, which started a chain reaction to figure out how to handle the situation. It took 5 business days for the dealership to get back to me and figure out the best way to remedy. My daughters had the car for less than 24 hours before we experienced an issue, it then sat in the driveway for 6 days before I was notified on what to do. I had it towed to a local dealership versus Beaverton because of the distance, but also because I had lost faith in Beaverton Toyota's follow through after the sale. I think the sales part of the experience was excellent and Adam seems genuine. I don't know why it took so long to figure out how to handle the car after it went dead on us. I gave this 3 stars because of what happened after and the length of time it took to come up with a solution. If I was basing was review on just the sale it would be a 5 and I would recommend the dealership as far as the sale, but reluctant about "after the sale," procedures. More

No Pressure Dealership with Actual Answers Justin was great to work with! We had been to 3 other dealerships before making it to Beaverton Toyota. He did not talk down to us, hand us off to 10 Justin was great to work with! We had been to 3 other dealerships before making it to Beaverton Toyota. He did not talk down to us, hand us off to 10 different other people, and if he didn’t know the answer he was transparent about it but found the answers we needed. As a same sex couple we walked out of the first dealership we went to because the salesman called us “girls”. This was beyond insulting. Our Beaverton Toyota experience was the polar opposite of this! Justin was respectful, personable, and knowledgeable. Celso was able to answer more difficult financing questions and was available for more in depth questions. Overall the experience was leaps and bounds above other dealerships. One improvement that would make LGBTQ+ people feel more comfortable is having a gender neutral/family bathroom available to use. This would make trans and nonbianary people feel more comfortable- and would give people with children a place to change their babies in privacy. Overall Justin was great and we appreciated the experience. We feel that we got a pristine car for a phenomal price with a service package that we could not get with any other brand. We have been Toyota owners for 12 years and this experience is why we keep choosing Toyota! Thanks Justin for the phenomenal service! More
