I had heard great things about their process and customer service. I walked out that day with a wonderful used Camry. I have loved that vehicle very much in the 2.5 years I had it. Due to this great experience I went back when I wanted to explore a 4runner. It was no surprise to me that my second transaction at Beaverton Toyota (2 days ago), was equally pleasant and quick. The inventory was great and my sales associate Jim was able to narrow down the best options package for my wants and needs. We quickly found the vehicle that I drove home in. The only glitch was their new internal software (that was in BETA testing). This minor software issue was quickly resolved and I was out the door a happy camper. Over the past 2.5 years, I have had outstanding vehicle service with the Camry and I look forward to continued top notch service with the 4runner.
