My mom was not the purchaser of the vehicle was she? Only had to have her drive over and put a deposit down physically because you refused to take credit cards. As a business, you should be communicating with the purchaser, not the person delivering a deposit. Why would I want to do business with you after such a bait and switch. I was able to put a deposit down via credit card that very night on another identical Sienna (without the added XPel, etc.) at a dealer who was honest, up front and communicated well. I picked it up literally the next day without any hassles. I've shared my experience with the owner of your business, the BBB and Toyota NA as well. Others should not go through what we had to and the community should know. I can only hope you change your business practices.
