Pathetic dealership! My car was nearing its end of new car warranty in early October 2024. When I took it in for its standard warranty work I wasnt told it was no long My car was nearing its end of new car warranty in early October 2024. When I took it in for its standard warranty work I wasnt told it was no longer covered! They charged me the full amount of the bill! Also, the month before I had taken it in because the heater was not working correctly I was told that just for them to LOOK at it was going to cost me $1000.!! Then they presumed the repairs could take another 1000.!!!. Too, "it might take several days"!! This was so idiotic with a new car that I took it to a mechanic close to where I live, He was able to fix it in LESS THAN 1 hour!! And, it only costed me $100.!!! Needless to say, I will NEVER be taking my car there for repairs, again!! Not ever!! I should add I was advised that the car needed an additional $1500 of repair work! This seemed outrageous for a new car. So I asked my mechanic if he thought any of those repairs were needed. He said NO! Buyer beware!! More
