Cathy, we have seen and reviewed all three reviews left by you. We were excited to see that you had an appointment scheduled to complete a safety recall on your vehicle and were looking forward to speaking with you. However, the appointment was canceled last minute. We have tried reaching you by email as well as phone but have not received a response. Thank you for your note. All the issues occurring at/with your office were completely avoidable and extremely poor customer service. I saw that there have been multiple similar complaints by others with your service dept. The public needs to and have a right to know what you are doing. No further discussion is necessary. I am taking my business elsewhere. I dont deal with scam artists. If you really want to stay in business I recommend that you take care of all the serious service issues very soon.. Oh and I cancelled my safety recall with your company because I dont care to have my car damaged by you. Nor do I care to have it sabotaged to give yourself future jobs to do on it. -Cathy P
