They had one coming in later in the month so we waited. While waiting Austin kept me in the loop as to the status of the vehicle arriving. He was always easy to reach and his communication skills were excellent. When the Rav 4 Prime arrived we scheduled a time to come in to make the purchase. Throughout the process, Austin was honest, friendly, and effective in his job. He answered all of our questions immediately and left no doubt in our minds about our purchase. He has subsequently been in touch with us to answer questions post-purchase. I'm sure we will be calling him again as it is easy to communicate with him. All in all, we are very pleased with Austin and Beaverton Toyota. We purchased the vehicle with a cash transaction so we did not deal with the finance department. More
