Three weeks ago my new 2024 Rav 4 purchased less than 30 days prior to that leaked almost all of its oil. It has been back at dealer since then. They will not refund or give me new car. Said they will buy b days prior to that leaked almost all of its oil. It has been back at dealer since then. They will not refund or give me new car. Said they will buy back but no quote has been given. Also have been unable to repair or find out what is wrong in 3 weeks. Would you want this car back? Service Manager did not return my calls. Reported to Toyota and they have opened a case. More

Ron did an excellent job with my little sister's first car purchase on 4/12/24. He made sure we felt comfortable with all the features before a test drive, explained every single mode on the vehicle and s car purchase on 4/12/24. He made sure we felt comfortable with all the features before a test drive, explained every single mode on the vehicle and showed her how to test it (normal, sport, eco). Ron gave us room to make our own decisions about financing and a warranty which was appreciated! Julian and Katelynn did an excellent job of getting the finance part taken care of as well! Ron got my sister all set up on CarPlay, made sure she understood every aspect of Toyota Safety Sense, and that all her lights were on before leaving in the dark. I'd recommend Ron and Beaverton Toyota to all my loved ones! More
