I am so disappointed with this dealer. I went in to replace the passenger side mirror cover. Just the cover, a six inch piece of plastic. I was asked for $89.00 for this small bit of I went in to replace the passenger side mirror cover. Just the cover, a six inch piece of plastic. I was asked for $89.00 for this small bit of plastic and obviously was not happy about it but no choice. Then when I took the part to ask them to install it, the service person told me that it would cost $120.00 just to install. I never expected that! I was really steamed at being expected to pay $200 for a bit of plastic that can be attached in less than one minute with no tools. I ended up taking it outside and doing it myself (I was really steamed.) It literally took ten seconds to do it myself. I would have preferred someone there to do it because I wanted to make sure of it. This is my third Toyota Prius and I am not sure that I will ever buy a 4th one. Just ridiculous! More
I was disappointed when I picked up my car from service department after oil change when I saw my wind shield fluid warning was coming up they claim 100s of point odd inspections but missed out on very bas department after oil change when I saw my wind shield fluid warning was coming up they claim 100s of point odd inspections but missed out on very basic thing not sure if they can be trusted with my future services of their services suggestions . Common even Jeffylube take some times to top up fluid while we come to dealership we pay you more at least be compatible with other cheap shops .. More

After bought the 2025 tesla model 3 two days later with bad charging experience. Not being able to install the wall charger. The finance cost as much as a 4runner. A lot of negotiation has been done, even it takes up the entire day, but worth it. I am able to have the interest rate under control as well as extension of the loan process which plays a impressive experience. More
