Service overall was good and I’ve never had any issues at the Toyota Beaverton service center. I can’t say that for my most recent experience. I took my car in for service and on Wednesday, 10/23 and recei the Toyota Beaverton service center. I can’t say that for my most recent experience. I took my car in for service and on Wednesday, 10/23 and received a messaging saying that the car would be done sometime the next day. Thursday, October 24, came and went, and radio silent. I tried calling the service line multiple times; I couldn’t get a live person and was asked to leave a message on the general line. No call back. I did manage to get a hold of my representative on Friday, October 25 who advised the car would be ready later that day. I arranged my entire day and ride back to the dealership based on the first message left. That was very inconvenient. The other disappointing experience was being made aware of Toyota’s rewards program for the first time after going to the dealership for 3.5 years - on the heels of a bill of $4,600. I go to the service center regularly to maintain my car and it would have been helpful to have known about this earlier so I could have taken advantage of the discount. More

I HAD THEM PUT A ROOF RACK ON. FIRST, IT WAS LEAKING AND NOW IT'S COMING OFF. A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE RUN OVER 2 HOURS LONGER WITH NO REASON. This was never communicated in any correspondence nor agreed to. I was OK with the window tint, but 2195 for coating wasn't happening and they wouldn't budge so I walked away. So much for being "clear" as your dealership states. Disappointing to have worked through so many hoops with the deposit process and making phone calls proactively only to have dishonesty in the deal at the end. You not only lost my business, but my family and friends. More
