In July 2008 I leased a G35x from Beaverton Infiniti and I've loved the entire experience. They took their time with me making sure I was getting the car I wanted, they gave me a very fair price on my trad I've loved the entire experience. After the initial purchase the great service continued in the service department. I would take my car in for oil changes and everyone was so helpful....they even wash and vacuum your car for you after oil changes! When I did need a major service done they always gave me a loaner (really nice loaners) so it was convenient to drop my car off and drive off in one of theirs for free! They always called with updates and they would call AND email when your car is ready to be picked up. One night I had to work late and told them I couldn't get there until the next day....they told me to keep the loaner overnight! I thought that was cool....they made it easier for me which is what I'm always looking for! With my lease ending in July I knew I'd be shopping for a new car soon and my first choice was another Infiniti. We went to the dealership yesterday afternoon. Our salesman, David Berdichevsky, showed us the FX and EX and we test drove both vehicles because we thought we might want something bigger. After driving both of the SUV's I knew that what I really wanted was the same car I already had....just a new one! David pulled the inventory list, we picked the color and features we wanted, and before you knew it I was out of my old lease and into a brand new 2011 G35x.....the car is beautiful and the 7 speed transmission shifts a little smoother than my 2008. David and his finance manager David walked me through all aspects of the new lease which included Infiniti Loyalty Cash?!?!?! I got another great deal on a really awesome car...I'll definitely be back....well not back...they mentioned that they are moving the dealership at the end of the week just up Canyon Road to a bigger / better place....so I'll be back...at the new dealership. We called our sales rep who connected us with the David in the service dept. They fixed the issue free of charge, found an additional issue & fixed that, AND they gave us a free loaner car. They definitely went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. I had two kids in the car when we arrived & Danielle helped me transfer car seats and all to the other car. Both David & Dannielle were extremely friendly & kept us informed every step of the way. Very professional service from them both. What is most amazing is that we didn't even purchase an Infiniti & they still were great. We will definitely return to them in the future for our next car or service needs. My daughter wasn't happy that the transactions were so quick. She thought they were nice and mentioned that she wanted to sit in the waiting room! More

I have a CD that needed to be replaced and warranty had expired but they called the manufacturer and got the manufacturer to agree to provide without charge. Always nice doing business with fair, honest people that recognize mistakes and still treat customers like they want their business. You might be able to get a cheaper service at some mechanic, but you won't get the service or guaranteed results you get at Beaverton Infiniti. More
David Stout has proven to be a fantastic auto service professional. My family and I feel we can turn to David for honesty and integrity. In the last month we've seen some very bad behavior at other dealerships. David has been there for me and my family to help us no matter what. He put our safety and happiness first and foremost. I'm very happy to know David and I'd say he is one of the very few people I'd recommend. Beaverton Infiniti has a Customer Service Super-star with David. One of the many ways David has helped us was when another service company caused the airbag light to start blinking, David went all the way to Infiniti Engineering team on a Friday afternoon to help get it fixed. Then went so far as to drive the car over the weekend to make absolutely sure it was safe. I'm happy to let others know they can feel good about contacting David Stout and the Infinti Service Team. I wasn't even thinking about buying an Infiniti before I drove my 2009 M35x and worked with the staff at Beaverton Infiniti. Doug Foley was a pleasure to work with. Even when I couldn't get my first choic drove my 2009 M35x and worked with the staff at Beaverton Infiniti. Doug Foley was a pleasure to work with. Even when I couldn't get my first choice of cars (mainly because I waited to long and someone else bought it), he worked with me to make sure I got another great car for a great deal and went the extra mile to make sure it was perfect.....I actually like the car I ended up buying more than the car I missed out on. I am extremely happy with my purchase and the experience I had at Beaverton Infiniti. Even after my purchase, there were a few things I had asked them to take care of on the car, and the followed through on everything they had promised. John Long, in the service department, was great to work with as well. He was able to put me in a loaner car while they performed the work on my car and kept me well informed on the status of the work they were doing. I bought a FX35 2010. Best car experience I've had. Very thorough. They really take the time with you. I dealt with John Hart, and I would definitely recommend him. He knows his stuff and when unsure he gets back to you in a reasonable time. Dealership always courteous. When you purchase the vehicle, they take the time with you to go through all the details. They were, however, not very negotiable on the price. Then again for what you're getting, the competition is selling their cars at a lot higher price. They did, however, find a really good rate for me with a credit union. Went in for a service and I saw some great deals advertised in their service shop on new cars. Saw my car for 5000 less than MSRP. The car: amazing. A thrill to drive. Lot of features. Really comfortable. More than the BMW. In fact one of the main reasons why I switched. Looks great. Had a lot of positive feedback. Has glitches with the iPhone and its bluetooth, however, still able to use it. Addresses from the phone come up jumbled up. You can transfer the numbers to the vehicle handbook and thats the end of that. Outside of that, no problems. Just a great car to drive. Oh... the gas mileage could be better. I get 15 in town and 24 (active cruise control) on the freeway, generally driving at 70MPH. Advertised as 16/21. Finally note: I would recommend this car and the dealership, but expect to pretty much pay the price except for the occasional sale. More
Upon arrival at Beverton Infiniti the salesperson came out and proceded to show us the car we were looking at. About 3 car lengths from us was a woman screaming at the top of her lungs at another out and proceded to show us the car we were looking at. About 3 car lengths from us was a woman screaming at the top of her lungs at another sales person " you liars, you lied to us" ( I guess we should have taken the hint and left right away ). The salesperson did not say anything but merely smirked and tried to hustle us into a car for a test drive. After the test drive we then went inside as we were very much interested in this particular car. Well after the typical salesperson ploy of going back and forth to a manager when finally a price was arrived at for their vehicle( 90 minutes for this process ). What they offered for our vehicle was so low it was almost comical. At least 3 other dealers had offered 3000 to 4000 more than what this dealer offered, Beverton Infiniti this is simply UNACCEPTABLE. The salesperson stated he was at rock bottom for his car, even though he was still not adding all the Infiniti incentives into the price. He really could have cared less as we were merely another sale, it did not matter what we thought and it reflected in this salespersons demeanor. Speaking of the sales person he was condescending, bordering on racist. We asked about a nice chinese resturant for dinner. Sales person thought it humorous to mimic and mock chinese language as he talked about this particular restaurant. Further more he questioned my significant other if she worked outside of the home? What? Come on Beverton Infiniti get your act together. I would strongly not recommend this place to buy a car from, NEVER. In fact the sales experience with these people pretty much ended my desire to own an infiniti. More
