Beware Some of the staff was very helpful and friendly (Isreal, Dana and Jon) but when issues came up the person (Jake) I was put in contact with was totally Some of the staff was very helpful and friendly (Isreal, Dana and Jon) but when issues came up the person (Jake) I was put in contact with was totally unavailable. The certified car I purchased appears to have been in an accident and I question if they even put it thorough the certification process. FYI - a clean Carfax doesn't mean it's never been in an accident. The tail lights didn't function properly due to missing parts, the car was out of alignment, which resulted in uneven tire wear (another dealer recommended replacing them) and the transfer case had a seal that was out. The cost of repairs was just under 2000$. All this was discovered days after I drove the car off the lot. I made many calls to Jake (used car sales manager) in an attempt to resolve the issue but he never returned my calls. I eventually had to call Infiniti's costumer affairs to get partial resolution. I’m not sure what happened – did they knowingly sell me a car without going through the certification process (dishonest) or did they go through the process and miss the problems (incompetent)? Either way, they failed to work directly with me to completely resolve the issue. I would not recommend buying a certified car from them but if you do, have someone else closely look at it first! More
I have never been treated like I have there. I was made to feel like I am the idiot. I had one person working with me on some severe warranty issue. Got my car back and still having issues. So I took it to feel like I am the idiot. I had one person working with me on some severe warranty issue. Got my car back and still having issues. So I took it back as they requested because the issues I mentioned and the last rep had also seen. This rep the original one I was dealing with made me feel like I didn't have to worry about a thing she contacted me every week... the list goes on. When I came back that person was let go or something along those lines. Now I have to call the warranty and make calls and try and get a problem covered that was already a done deal. Because the rep that took over really has a poor attitude and I feel as though I get no help. He doesn't go out of his way he doesn't push for the customers needs. I haven't heard back from him or his boss. His manager was not much nicer when I explained the situation to him and said well "lets move on nothing I can do about it". As of now my car runs terrible and non of my original problems have been fixed what so ever. I dread taking my car back there because the confusion and lack of communication and now lack of ability to follow a paper trail or a phone conversation. Really wish it wasn't like this Free sodas and a nice facility doesn't stop or make up for this rude behavior and lack of customer support. More
Thank you to all of the fabulous employees that provided extra-ordinary customer service to me at Infinity Bvrtn. Gabriel was diligent about emailing me, inviting me to come in and check out Infinity (and o extra-ordinary customer service to me at Infinity Bvrtn. Gabriel was diligent about emailing me, inviting me to come in and check out Infinity (and offering to have cars set aside and waiting for me). I never responded to the emails as I was not sure when I would be able to make it in. I finally made it into Infinity Bvrtn last Sunday around 5:00pm. Gabriel warmly invited us into Infinity and offered to show us your cars and let us test drive what we were interested in. After we had already test drove a couple cars, we asked him what time Infinity closed. He informed us they closed at 5pm (and it was already 5:30+, but he had not let on to us that "they were already closed"). Instead, he simply gave us his valuable time without even letting on to the fact that he was suppose to already be off work. Once we found out the dealership was already closed, we thanked him for his time, and told hime we would be back on Friday after Thanksgiving when there would be more time. Upon seeing my business card, Gabriel informed me that he had been emailing me (he is good with names!). I apologized for not emailing him back, but thanked him for all the info he had been sending me that inspired me to come visit Infinity (extra-ordinary customer service: manicures/pedicures, massages, etc...). When I came back on Friday, Gabriel was running around helping other customers so Stan jumped in and helped us, and he was fabulous as well. I decided what car I wanted and Stan confirmed I was approved, and said I could come back later in the day to pick it up. Once again the staff at Infinity stayed late to make sure I was walked through the sales process. We met Jon the manager who was very friendly as well. Gabriel met up with us & took my picture in my new car, and I was even allowed to borrow a bow to take home to put on my old car that I was giving to my 16 year old son. When I returned the bow today, Gabriel made time to make sure I was comfortable with all the fabulous features of my new amazing car. I love my new car, and I plan to be singing the praises of the extra-ordinary customer service of Infinity Beaverton. AWESOME JOB, THANK YOU! More
I highly recommend Beaverton Infiniti to anyone looking to buy a car. I have never been happy with the entire experience of buying a new car, I was able to look at any car without being pushed to leave in to buy a car. Jon Hansen was extremely caring and focused on my needs and wants for a car and my budget and price range. He was completely honest with me and even got my interest rate lowered by communicating with the bank! I left in a new car in the exact budget and interest rate I wanted. He has called to check if I'm loving my new Mazda 6 2012 and making sure I'm completely happy with the car. I highly recommend going to see him or anyone at this dealership because of the honesty and care they provide and they are NOT Trying to push you to buy that one car you jump in first! Thank you Jon Hansen for a great experience buying a new car! More
