I dealt with three employees at this dealership when I bought my new car; the Salesman, the man who made me an offer on my trade-in, and the person that wrote up the contract and took my payment. The Sale bought my new car; the Salesman, the man who made me an offer on my trade-in, and the person that wrote up the contract and took my payment. The Salesman gave good service, the man that made me an offer on my trade-in was rude and condescending and the Finance person was kind and professional. I really wanted my car buying experience to be a good one but it was not. Respect for the customer should be their number one priority. I don't feel it was. I will NOT be buying another vehicle from this dealership. More

My sales person Hamid went the extra mile, literally, by picking me up in his own car after I sold my old car to another dealer. Wish the finance department handled the transfer of my disabled license plate picking me up in his own car after I sold my old car to another dealer. Wish the finance department handled the transfer of my disabled license plates from my old car better. Would have been nice for the dealership to handle the $2500 Oregon rebate for EVs on the spot. Instead I have to file for the $2500 rebate myself. More
