I dealt with three employees at this dealership when I bought my new car; the Salesman, the man who made me an offer on my trade-in, and the person that wrote up the contract and took my payment. The Sale bought my new car; the Salesman, the man who made me an offer on my trade-in, and the person that wrote up the contract and took my payment. The Salesman gave good service, the man that made me an offer on my trade-in was rude and condescending and the Finance person was kind and professional. I really wanted my car buying experience to be a good one but it was not. Respect for the customer should be their number one priority. I don't feel it was.
