Their was really no hassle, our salesman was not pushy but did his job well. I feel he did the job a car salesman is suppose to do without being too pushy, he is good at his job. Negotiating on the price of the car was back & forth a few times as to be expected, but without it going overboard as it often has in times past. Overall this was my best car buying experience. More

Sales experience so-so. Definitely shop around. It's easy to list only negative experiences, so will instead start with positive: - When arrived, greeted by sales rep quickly and professionally. - T It's easy to list only negative experiences, so will instead start with positive: - When arrived, greeted by sales rep quickly and professionally. - Test drives were easy with minimal sales pressure. - Location is good, though finding entrance is not ideal (especially with construction on adjacent roads) - There was an issue with vehicle at purchase that they got resolved quickly for me. A scratch on instrument panel was observed before I took the keys while on the lot. They arranged for a replacement the next business day. That is the positive (the bad listed below) The bad - On first visit they wanted to do an appraisal on my vehicle while test driving. After return, had to ask for keys so we can leave (we were left hanging) and when asked about appraisal, were told they only do so if we are ready to start negotiations. REALLY? why ask for my keys if not going to do so? Very unprofessional. - I sent an email regarding above and a appearance issue (cigar left just outside door) to main email address. NEVER got a followup. Week later while visiting again, I did find out they received it (and took care of cigar issue), but no confirmation sent back to me. - Similarly, sent email to sales rep using main email address, but it was never forwarded on to him. Whoever got it apparently deleted it rather than deal with hassle of forwarding on to appropriate person. Above should have been signs to move to a new dealership, but I continued to give benefit of doubt... - Through Costco Auto, requested a quote from them twice, week apart, and never got a response from them both times. - During negotiations for a Tucson, sold a Vin etching/theft protection (really didn't want, but they kept pushing). In end, since I was told it covers $40k of car, I decided to just accept. AFterwards found the documents signed show only $4k of coverage. I confirmed with my wife if I heard wrong and she heard same of $40k. This is still a legal concern with me and yet to decide if further legal followup will be pursued on this. - I noted they advertise as BBB accredited, but BBB shows then as NOT accredited. When I asked manager regarding this, he said he would get it resolved as they should be. 1 1/2 weeks later, BBB still shows as NOT accredited. - Regarding the issue with the scratch on the instrument panel, it was arranged for me to drop off at 9am that monday. Night before I got an email from sales rep saying 11am. Never got response to my return email questioning appt time. I showed up inbetween (drop off early for the now 11am time) to find sales rep wasn't working that day and they had me down now for Wednesday. After jumping between another sales rep who was caught in middle but working to make it right and service, they took car and gave me a loaner for the day (strong cigarette smelling used car loaner...UGH). Using the bluelink app, I watched in the afternoon as they kept the engine running for over an hour while all doors were open as they worked on it, returning with 1/3 tank less gas. In end, issue was resolved (they replaced entire instrument console panel), but how they got to that resolution was not a good experience. - Finally, it shouldn't take 4 1/2 hours to finalize purchase of a car. Last time I purchased a car with trade-in was through Toyota and only took just over 2 hours. Overall, the followup from staff back to me on many of the issues would have helped immensely, but as soon as any negative/questioning concerns are made, suddenly no one responds to emails or concerns themselves with the customer. More
