But, most importantly, I was treated with respect and not like a woman who was not capable of choosing her own vehical. Sales Manager, Dan Warner and Financial Manager Tarek Eldeeb also are very experienced and informative with the part they played in the purchase of the Tucson. I also feel that the after-the-sale experience will be just as good as the experience of buying the car. More

I gave this dealership a "4" in the "friendliness" category mainly because of the service department. The purchase part was just satisfactory. It would have been better had I known I was going to have to deal with two finance associates. It's hard enough interacting with just one finance guy, but to get unknowingly "handed off" to a second one put a cramp in the purchase experience. Not to mention the finance manager was clearly tired from a long day and did not have the friendly and courteous demeanor you would expect to find at Beaverton Hyundai. More
