Would not recommend I purchased my vehicle from out of town, and did most of the interaction over the phone or through text. I was frustrated that once we had a deal agre I purchased my vehicle from out of town, and did most of the interaction over the phone or through text. I was frustrated that once we had a deal agreed to, the dealership delayed in sending me the paperwork to be signed, and then once they sent it they included items in the purchase price that are widely recognized as scams to increase the dealer's profit, and which I had not agreed to. This delayed pickup of the vehicle even further, as they had to send me a new set of paperwork to be signed with the correct adjustments. I will say that Dan Warner was helpful overall but Richard Ranson (sp?) was especially difficult and unpleasant to deal with. More

So it was with some trepidation that I decided to give you a second chance for my latest car purchase. I'm glad I did. My experience dealing with only one person, Amanda Garcia, was actually enjoyable thanks to her thorough professionalism and regard for my needs. The entire process took under two hours, there was no good cop/bad cop routine that is too often encountered at car dealerships, and I when I drove my new Hyundai off the lot I was completely satisfied with my experience there. Please consider this one simple truth: People just want to feel like they are valued as customers and not as targets for exploitation. Every Hyundai employee could benefit from watching how Amanda deals with her customers. More
