Not your run of the mill dealer! They know what customer service truly means! I have purchased numerous cars in my lifetime. He helped us find the Hyundai Sonata and showed us all the cool features that thing had! He wasn't pushy, took his time, and answered all our questions. That was super smooth so I assumed there would be a battle when the "Numbers guy" came out, the Sales Manager, Jonathan. It actually wasn't a battle at all! He explained our options, showed us the numbers and made that process pretty smooth too! It was one of those weird moments for me, where I didn't know what to do because I prepared myself to deal with the "Typical" car deal! After the whole experience, Hamid ended up following up with us that same week to make sure no questions came up and we were completely happy with our purchase. I cannot say how amazed I am with the team at Beaverton Hyundai! The biggest attraction to get my business is to treat me as something valuable to your company and not just the next guy to give you his money. I feel that Beaverton Hyundai got it, and have definitely earned my future business! I have already told numerous friends and family about it. I am truly impressed. The staff were professional and courteous, the negotiations were as pleasant as negotiations can be, and the paperwork was done promptly (unlike some other dealers it didn't take forever after agreeing to the deal). 2017 Elantra When I went to Beaverton Hyundai I was looking to test drive a 2017 Elantra to help decide whether it was the vehicle for me. I was greeted quickly an When I went to Beaverton Hyundai I was looking to test drive a 2017 Elantra to help decide whether it was the vehicle for me. I was greeted quickly and it didn't take long for me to start the test drive. The car itself impressed with it's handling, suite of features, and interior space. The negotiating process over the price of the vehicle didn't take very long. Ultimately, I was happy with my experience overall. However, and this does not reflect poorly on Beaverton Hyundai, I felt that Hyundai was misleading with how they calculate the total down payment needed on their vehicles. Very prominently the Elantra that I was looking at on Hyundai's website stated 1,999 down and 169 a month lease--yet the dealership made it clear that this price did not include things like the delivery fee, first month's payment, etc. This seemed suspect to me because I thought the fine print on Hyundai's site stated the 1,999 down included these extra fees. In the end I signed a 36 month lease with Beaverton Hyundai because they were both able to work so much with me on price and that the vehicle had all the features I was looking for--plus a few more. Looking over my experience dealing with Hyundai thus far, I will likely look for a lease with a different company in the future, primarily because of the discrepancy between Hyundai's advertising practices and their individual dealer's prices. More
