Dave and Ben efficiently handled the financing and paperwork process. The team was patient and considerate with my decision making process. In the past, I hated to go to car dealerships because of the aggressiveness of the sales team; however, at Beaverton Hyundai, I was given a comfortable level of attention and professionalism, without pressure. Thank you for your service in helping me choose another Hyundai. I really appreciated Amanda Garcia's "listening to the customer's needs" skills and her knowledge of the vehicles that this dealership offers. I also I really appreciated Amanda Garcia's "listening to the customer's needs" skills and her knowledge of the vehicles that this dealership offers. I also like that she didn't attempt to oversell me. She explained things very clearly and thoroughly without being pushy or making me feel rushed. My only rough spot in the whole transaction was when I met with Tarek who handled the financial papers. I felt rushed to initial and sign papers and he did not take the time to explain any details, nor did he even ask me if I had any questions. The most time he took with me was when he tried to sell me the car shield protection as an add on purchase and I was very hesitant in adding this cost to my purchase. After I left the dealership, I regretted that I had allowed myself to be pushed into agreeing to this add on because the value of it was not clear to me. However, I did not let the uncomfortable experience I had with Tarek color my perception of this dealership because Amanda had done such an excellent job of helping me make a decision to purchase the vehicle.
