I requested to test drive the ford fusion they had on the lot, and this salesman ignored my request and showed me a Hyundai elantra sedan, total waste of time and horrible handling. Is the N worth the extra money or would I be happy with the R? Instead of allowing me to test drive the N, they sat me down in the showroom for a rather bizarre conversation. It began with their “reasons” against a test drive, based on two things – that I had test driven one a few months earlier, and that the test drive route I proposed was too long. The first part is true; I worked with LeAnna who apparently isn’t here anymore – probably because she was actually nice and everyone else here is a walking used litterbox. The second part has an obvious fix which didn’t seem to occur to them: drive a shorter route instead (duh). Then they proceeded to explain “why” people can’t just come in and test drive an N. Did you know the N is rare? (Sure, nearly every Hyundai dealer has at least one right now and we just got more in inventory, but it’s rare! We can’t let just anyone walk in off the street to drive one!) It’s exotic! It’s a sports car! (It’s true - just pretend that pesky Porsche dealer within walking distance isn’t there! Like, GRRRRL, yall sell Hyundais. The new Veloster’s based on the Elantra, and even the N sells for Camry money. There are reasons Hyundai *didn’t* brand it a Genesis.) It’s really in demand, and we don’t want miles on it! (The blue one I drove back in the summer’s still on the lot, you doofus. And if it’s so in demand, why’d you go from charging a $4,000 dealer markup – the main reason I didn’t buy it back then – to putting a $2,500 discount off MSRP on these instead?) wE HaVe pEoPlE FrOm sEaTtLe lOoKiNg aT It. (HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! NO YOU DON’T, YOU FRIGGIN’ GOOBER.) I explained I’ve had my car for 12 years now, and the reason I’m spending time making my final decision is because I want to make sure it’s the right car for the next 12 years. At this point, all I’m effectively doing is comparing trim levels (well OK, I admit the N’s more than just a regular trim level, but it’s notably more expensive than the deals you can get on an R-Spec, hence my debate). At the end of their nonsense the supposedly “new” guy giving me this chat wanted to shake my hand. Like…really? Did we come to a deal? Did you treat me like a human being? Nah chud, you just gave me attitude for 15 minutes, lying to and talking down at me the whole time. Ultimately this discussion illuminated nothing in regards to comparing the R-Spec and N, but it did make one thing absolutely clear – they won’t get a penny from me. This is EXACTLY the kind of dealership that makes people hate buying cars, and they deserve nothing more than to go out of business...which, unfortunately, they probably won't since they're one of those volume dealers that can afford to only deal with customers ready to buy right this instant. Had a very positive experience working with Jim. Assisted good friends of mine who choose a new Hyundai Santa Fe over the competition. Could not be happier the way Jim handled the entire process. He was very friendly and personable which helped make me feel at ease with such a big purchase. Each time I had a question Adam was always happy to answer no matter how silly the question. Before we decided to purchase the car we visited a few times. My husband test drove the first time because I was too nervous. I came back and test drove on the second visit because I had built up the courage. On the day that we decided to purchase the car I test drove it a third time to make sure that I am completely satisfied. Each and every time we test drove Adam was so knowledgeable and friendly. I apologized many times throughout the car buying process because my husband was being very picky. Adam and his team continued to be understanding, professional, patient and kind despite all the questions we had. Overall, we are very thankful to Adam and his team. I am happy that I was able to buy my first car from them and I have already recommended a few people to visit Adam if they are planning on buying a car and will continue to do so in the future. More

They were fast, friendly, and reliable. Highly recommended!! The only thing is my car wasn't fully inspected and in need of an oil change immediately after purchasing but they offered a free oil change, car wash, and tank of gas for the inconvenience. More

The car had not gone thru appropriate inspection I purchased a vehicle from this company recently. When I came home and checked the fluids, the automatic transmission oil was black. Both the struts I purchased a vehicle from this company recently. When I came home and checked the fluids, the automatic transmission oil was black. Both the struts and shocks needed replacing (one rear shock was completely non-functional). At the time of purchase, they had given me only one key. The cost of the replacement of the transmission fluid, an additional key, and replacement of the shocks and struts total $1,290. When I talked with the manager, he was dismissive, defensive, and attempted to humiliate me for even complaining. There is a standard of care that every company should have in selling items to the public. I don’t believe that concept has sunk in to the management of this company. More
