I told him I needed to pick up the car in the afternoon on Wed and he agreed. Wed at work I had to take several breaks 6* trying to chase down the status of my car. Twice I spoke w reception who promised a quick call back. That never happened and I had to keep calling When Robbie called it was already past 2 and he tells me the battery isn’t replaced yet. I was really disappointed because by that time it had already been in your possession over night and 6 working hours at least and I had an appt that morning at 7:45! He said that it needs a need battery and explained it isn’t under warranty and the cost is under $300. That was disappointing yet I agreed and authorized $300 repair. So at this point I estimated my final bill to be around $400. I asked for a discount due to poor customer service and poor communication. He agreed. It was getting later in the day and I needed to leave town as planned for a long weekend. Robbie called to tell me the car was ready and the discount was honored. I told him I already left town and so he left the car with sales Terrible communication and follow through for service. I had to call 6 times and left 2 vm with the service manager CRAIG. Attempted to charge me double what I verbally authorized. Charged another customer's credit card for my invoice instead of the card I presented. Forgot some of what I asked them to fix. Total dog xxxx business - don't go here unless you are looking for some drama in your life! More
A simple process turned ugly. I went to purchase a 2021 Palisade advertised on their website, Carfax and Craigslist as certified at a discounted price. On arrival, I said I wanted to purchase at the advertised price. It was the right vehicle at the right price for me so I didn’t negotiate. Then things went from bad to worse. They wanted an extra $1000 and said the ads were not correct, price changed, wasn’t valid and the excuses went on and on. They (Travis sales manager and others) agreed to the lower price, then 10 minutes later said they wouldn’t sell it certified at that price. If I wanted it certified, it would be the higher price. The excuses again went on and on. Finally I did receive the lower price and received the CPO certification which extends out the powertrain warranty on a used car. Finally I signed papers and left with the vehicle I wanted, but disgusted at the process and the sales staff. Something that should have taken 90 minutes or less turned into almost 4 hours. Save the aggravation and . Go elsewhere. There are plenty of other options. More

Service department is the worst I've ever dealt with. We never received call backs when transferred to the service manager. This happened 5 times over a 5 day period. We never received call backs when transferred to the service manager. This happened 5 times over a 5 day period. More
Drove up to Beaverton from Forest Grove. Was in showroom for 10 minutes & was never acknowledged, so I left. As I was getting ready to back out, a new car backed in next to me & both driver side doors opened, so I waited. The back passenger door slammed into my side mirror - no damage, just added more to my irritation. Called the dealership & asked to speak to manager. Got no where. Told me they ONLY do business by appt & seeings there wasn't any damage to my car, there's nothing more to talk about. Oh well, I guess if they don't care about their new cars getting dings on the doors or new customers not becoming customers, then why should anyone else care. More
