Everyone was very pleasant and it gave me a chance to see what is new in the Hyundai world. It took a little longer to get the oil change done, but folks were very kind and apologetic for the delay. Oddly, it now works (even though I don't need service), so I'm wondering if it only works after first service? More

As usual, GREAT service. Brought my car in for 1st complimentary service on my 2021 Elantra lease. They also took care of recall/update. In addition they found a transmission leak and have worked me i complimentary service on my 2021 Elantra lease. They also took care of recall/update. In addition they found a transmission leak and have worked me in to get that fixed in less than a week. The gentleman that checked me in was a new employee but you would never know it based on his explanation of the update needed and the problem with the tranny. He was obviously not new to the business. Also great customer service from Travis Taylor. He was my salesman on my first Elantra lease and was instrumental in my second lease even though he is in a management position. I always ask if he's working to say hi. He wasnt too busy at the moment and came out to greet me and got me checked in for my service. The lady in reception (dont remember her name) also was extremely friendly and went out of her way to let Travis know Ixwas looming for him and assisted me with the coffee machine.
