Andrew was courteous and helpful in explaining my 15k service as well as the warranty issue that I brought in with it. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, I was treated kindly by the folks that remai service as well as the warranty issue that I brought in with it. Scott (in Service) is the epitome of customer service! He should be a manager since he knows how to set an example of how to treat people! I have been thinking about returning my car and going somewhere else because of the decline of customer service over the years and because of Scott he has put faith back into what customer service is suppose to mean, integrity, honesty, politeness, and what companies used to thrive on back in the day, standing behind their products, services, and their word. Scott REALLY should be leading your crew, his example is imperative for your business and on how to be a genuine human being in a world that lacks customer service anymore. More
Went to view a used car, hoping to buy. It was advertised as a Prius C four when it clearly is a one or two. They offered to knock only two hundred bucks off (and have our insurance cover was suggested?) or replace...should have been replaced to being with and two hundred off would NOT cover doing ourselves. While we had a fast response time to schedule a test drive otherwise not very supportive process. More
