I spoke to you after this instance and offered an apology. I agreed to put the tires back where they belong and offered other services at no cost to you. Then you left me a voice mail stating that you could not make the appointment I had set for you. In that message you left, the road trip that you had taken was 700 miles not 2,000. I don't know how to help at this point, please call me at (503)530-3816 so we can discuss. I thought we came to an agreement a month ago.

Never going back here responded

It is 2000 miles NOW because of all the time that has past since you messed up my tires. The only way I knew they had been double rotated is because one tire was slowly losing air and it was back in the same spot it was BEFORE the double rotation. I texted the SAME DAY to ask what you guys had done, and no one responded to me!!! I dont want you touching my car again. And I told you I did not have enough gas to get there.

Customer brought the car in for inspection, a 110,000 mile Veloster claiming it ran rough. We told him what the charges were up front to diagnose and the customer agreed. We gave the customer a list of items that needed to be fixed. After turning down the work that was needed, the Veloster brakes down on his way home. Now the customer wants us to fix the car at my expense. I don't understand the logic.

We never asked for you to do the repairs for free. We just wanted the car back in the same condition or better when we came to pick it up. Wasn’t the case. The best thing you could have done is just asked us to bring it back and do a proper inspection of the vehicle. We are thankful that another service shop was able to get her back in shape, pass DEQ, and no need for a new catalytic converter. As well, they fixed the AC. All that for less than a 1/4 of your estimate. She drives fine. Dustin has been reaching out to us to try and smooth everything over. He has offered some compensation for the whole ordeal. Thank god somebody took some notice. Feeling a bit better because Dustin has reached out and offered to cover some of the expenses we incurred from our visit there. I’ve agreed to re-evaluate my original review of Beaverton Hyundai based on being compensated for the service inspection fee ($200) and an additional ($150) to remove my 1Star review of the Beaverton Hyundai Service Dept. I’m getting a lot of feedback from the complaints I have filed and feeling pressure to settle this and remove my Review on their website. Today was a barrage of response from Beaverton Hyundai. Dustin and I have agreed to settle this but I was not expecting the big response from them. Wait and see how the cookie crumbles. Not fully Convinced. Chris
