FALSE ADVERTISING AND EXTREMELY RUDE MANAGERS WE BOUGHT A USED 2014 CAMRY THAT CAME WITH LIFETIME BATTERY REPLACEMENT. WE WHERE TOLD AT ANOTHER DEALERSHIP THAT THE BATTERY WAS BAD AND NEED TO BE WE BOUGHT A USED 2014 CAMRY THAT CAME WITH LIFETIME BATTERY REPLACEMENT. WE WHERE TOLD AT ANOTHER DEALERSHIP THAT THE BATTERY WAS BAD AND NEED TO BE REPLACED, SO WE DRIVE AN HR AND A HALF TO BEAVER FROM SOUTHERN GA ONLY TO BE TOLD BY THEM THAT ITS STILL GOOD. SO TO DAY THE BATTERY DIES AND WE CALL TRYING TALK TO A GM OR SOMEBODY HIGH UP THERE SO WE CAN RESOLVE THIS AND GET A BATTERY TO US SOMEHOW, REMEMBER WE ARE AN HR AND A HALF AWAY. WELL ALL WE GET FOR A MANAGER IS THE SALES MANAGER THAT CALLS US A LAIR AND WHEN WE HANG UP THE PHONE SEND US A TEXT STATING "WHEN SOME IS TRYING TO HELP YOU YOU SHOULD STAY CALM" OK FOR ONE HOW CAN SOMEONE STAY CALM WHEN YOU ARE TOLD NO OTHER MANAGERS ARE IN AND ONLY THE SALES MANAGER AND THEN HE CALLS YOU A LAIR. I came for service, not to buy I brought my 2018 Tundra Crewmax in for 8000 mile service. I hadn’t even made it to the coffee pot before being asked about trading up to a new vehicl I brought my 2018 Tundra Crewmax in for 8000 mile service. I hadn’t even made it to the coffee pot before being asked about trading up to a new vehicle. 🤦🏼??? I can’t even count how many times I was asked about purchasing a new vehicle in the time it took to change the oil, rotate the tires and update two open computer recalls. That type of “high sell” environment is uncomfortable and stressful to service customers. My service advisor was helpful and kept me updated. When my truck service was complete, I couldn’t find it in the parking lot. It had been parked amongst the trucks in the used vehicle lot. I’m handicapped, so that was quite inconvenient. I was also very disappointed to see that once again my truck hadn’t been washed when serviced. I believe in taking my vehicle to the dealer for service, and I drive past two other Toyota dealers to get to Beaver with my truck. I’m questioning my decision now, as I most certainly was not “wowed.” More
