Financing Felt some questions on the amount financed was assumed prior to us sitting down to talk about the loan. Gap insurance, etc. wasn't presented not included on options when asked. Insisted it was the way to go to include. Had all intentions to deal with our established CU to finance part of vehicle with a down payment. Would of had that lined up but bought a Highlander sooner than planned while out shopping around. Aspen the salesman was fine. Went back and forth on trade in price. Offered a higher amount and into dealing on the vehicle lowered it. ??? More
