Rav4 Upgrade I went in looking to upgrade from a 2015 RAV4 XLE to a 2019 Rav4 XLE. Alex West was helping me with questions on my Camry the week before. She mention I went in looking to upgrade from a 2015 RAV4 XLE to a 2019 Rav4 XLE. Alex West was helping me with questions on my Camry the week before. She mentioned about the new RAV4s and how the upgraded features were impressive. I set up an appointment a week later to let her show my wife and I some of the new RAV4s. When we got there she had already selected a few models to look at based on our previous conversations. I did not take too long for my wife and I to filter through the choices to find the one car that fit all our needs and more. Alex was quick to get our existing car looked at for trade in value. Then after a short time working with her and the sales manager George May, they were quick to come up with a fair trade in value for our old car and a good market value on the new Rav4. Both Alex and George were extremely fun, professional, and fair in our negotiations and really listened to our feedback and treated us like family. Then we worked with Rob Madonna in finance and he made that a very quick, thorough, easy procedure explaining each document and additional offerings in detail. Once that was completed Alex had the car detailed, tags switched, and car out front ready to go. Then she took the time to review the key features of the car with us and answered all of our questions before we left the lot. It was one of the best car buying experiences we have been through. The car is fantastic and the people at Beaver Toyota have been great - and Alex even followed up the next day with a call to see if we had any questions or concerns on anything with the car. We are extremely pleased with the car, the experience, and the people at Beaver Toyota. More

Great communication with a great salesman I went to the dealership initially a few months ago just looking, and told Pheaon Prince that I wasn't ready to buy or even sure what I wanted. The only thing that I knew was we needed a reliable vehicle that was good for travel. He showed me around and I looked at the Sienna. He was fantastic about calling or texting about once a month as I asked him to keep in touch with me on interest rates and if any new rebates or anything else came out that I should be aware of. He was super informative without ever making me feel pressured. After several months of looking at options we finally made a decision so, I brought my husband out so that he could see the Sienna. Unfortunately, Pheaon was tied up but, he asked if his friend Jean Dupoux would make sure that we were taken care of as we looked. Jean took good care of us and while we were there he showed us the Rav-4 as well. I never even considered the Rav-4 as, I was not impressed with the styling of previous models. Well, let me tell you, Toyota did an impressive job with the newer models. I couldn't believe how nice they are. The reason we wound up purchasing the new Rav-4 is it was surprisingly comfortable, a good bit less expensive, and had fantastic fuel economy. I am extremely happy with the service that I received at this dealer. As I am writing this review, I am sitting at the dealership so, that they could fix a tiny blemish in the paint and have been treated by the entire staff as wonderfully as I was when I came in looking. Very happy with my purchase at Beaver Toyota in Saint Augustine. More
