Great Customer Service and Quality Experience! I spoke via email with Alex West about coming in for potential trade. She was great on the response and called me to arrange my visit to the dealership. Upon arrival she was fantastic, she was focused on me as the customer and did not disappoint. I also worked with George May who also displayed great customer service and really wanted to make a deal work, that was best for me and my budget. They went above and beyond and made a great deal, which is a lot more than a competitor was willing to do. I had a very poor experience on more than one occasion here. The worst was the most recent. I went in to simply test drive the RAV4 hybrid to see if I would potentially like the Prime that comes out middl here. The worst was the most recent. I went in to simply test drive the RAV4 hybrid to see if I would potentially like the Prime that comes out middle of next year. I’ll simply explain the worst part of the experience. I arrived a little after 11:00 AM. Nearly two hours later of them trying to sell me a vehicle I really didn’t like and lying to me about when they could get one I would like better (initially two months, then two weeks, then three days), my husband and I ask to leave to grab some lunch while they attempt to locate a vehicle. They had my car keys to see what they could offer for it. My husband informs them that I have a medical condition that requires me to eat somewhat frequently or I start getting lightheaded and can pass out and have high blood pressure. They on two occasions ignored our request to leave with knowledge of my condition, never offered us the food or drinks that I walked past on my way to the bathroom near the end, and would not give back my car keys. They wanted me to hand them a check or my credit card for a vehicle I hadn’t seen or agreed to purchase. Worst experience at a dealership ever. I bought a Subaru that afternoon. More

Excellent customer service. I bought my wife a new 2020 4 Runner for Christmas and not only did David Kraus deliver it to the Christmas Eve Party, but he came back the next morning on Christmas Day and de 4 Runner for Christmas and not only did David Kraus deliver it to the Christmas Eve Party, but he came back the next morning on Christmas Day and detailed it a second time. Best car buying experience ever. David even brought his coworker to be sure the transaction was complete and the truck was spotless Great team work. More
I bought a 2018 with 5 miles on it and a used 2016 with about 35,000 miles with in 1 year. They both come here for every maintenance. I bought it from here because of the warranty and I'm gone a lot being about 35,000 miles with in 1 year. They both come here for every maintenance. I bought it from here because of the warranty and I'm gone a lot being in the service so I wanted something reliable and with a good warranty it left my wife stranded because of a dead battery. After only 2 years on the battery they want me to pay almost $200 for a new one when the terminal was corroded. $200 for a battery that didn't even make it 2 years, the excuse was I had high miles which I commute to a base and back not stop and start. They completey over looked it and said it wasn't like that even tho I have pics from right after service. People make mistakes but atleast own up to it. Also on a side note I brought a friend in to get a new Toyota since he had issues with his Ford and was told they were mailing me a check for $100 which I never got. I didn't care much at the time but after the recent issue it just adds fuel to the fire. I feel like I was suckered by the 200K mile warranty. Also like to add it took me about 2 hours of negotiating on the 2018 to get a good price. The difference between the initial offer and what I paid was over $800 a month down to less then $550!
