Had an oil change today (along with a 21 Point Inspection) with a $39.95 coupon from Beaver Toyota. Service adviser (Louis) told me it would take about 1-1.5 hours. It actually took @ 25 minutes Inspection) with a $39.95 coupon from Beaver Toyota. Service adviser (Louis) told me it would take about 1-1.5 hours. It actually took @ 25 minutes. Looked at the final invoice and noticed that the state tax amount was wrong (overcharged by $1.64). When I brought this to Louis' attention he replied "the computer is never wrong". He didn't want to hear it! Spoke with "Scott" in the service office and he agreed that the invoice was in error (a programming issue) and offered to return the $1.64. Told him to simply credit my account. Also, nothing was discussed with me regarding the "21 point inspection". What was the outcome of this inspection? Was it even performed? Kind of felt as though I received the old "bum's rush" More
