I want to thank Todd, Royce, and Mike from Beardmore Chevrolet!! This was my very first experience buying a new vehicle and they guided me through the process, and thoroughly explained every detail of Chevrolet!! The vehicle was EXACTLY what I wanted and the price was right. I had to drive almost 5 hours to reach this dealership, I drove past countless other dealers on the way, none of whom worked with me on finding the exact vehicle I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. I will most certainly make the drive again when I decide to purchase another vehicle. I bought my first subaru in 2003. I am now on my 3rd I love subarus so much I can't see owning any other make of car. However, the biggest reason is the customer service I receive at Beardmore. My sales person, Aaron, always remembers me by name when I am there for service on my vehicle. The service department is absolutely the cream of the crop. No matter who it is I am treated with helpfulness and a smile. When I leave there is no doubt that my car is at its optimal capacity. The price is always competitive. Currently they are remodeling and I am so excited to see the finished product. It is my opinion that with the remodeling and all the changes Beardmore should put that extra touch for thier customers and install a carpaccio machine. That would be the icing on the cake. Thank you Beardmore for putting me and my car first. More
Right after we bought our new Outback (which I LOVE btw) there was a minor recall for the brake cyclinder. They called and had us bring in the vehicle to replace the part. Thane is very enthusiastic about Subarus. The buyer (me) noticed the sparkle in his eye and smile when he was giving information about what the Legacy has to offer. I was impressed that he wanted me to take a ride in it before the check was written. My husband had previously decided to buy the car and had placed a down payment on it. He scored more points during the test drive, as he instructed me to see for myself what the car can do. He had me stop on a snow covered hill, set the brake, and then continue upward. The traction is impressive. He also gave very helpful instructions on the navigation system, sitting in the front passenger seat to guide us in a hands-on introductory lesson. He then showed us the manuals and advised us to use the short cut booklet. He emphasized that he is willing to receive a call from us anytime we felt the need for further clarification. We received a call the next sales day to ask how the ride home went. (When I asked if he drove a Suburu, he pointed his car out on the parking lot, and said it was his second Legacy.) More
We are very happy with our 2009 Forester purchased in early November. Waiting for the first snowfall to really try it out. The folks at Beardmore Subaru were very friendly. Our only quibble is that we ere originally offered only $1000 for our trade in, a 2002 Pontiac Sunfire with 750000 miles. We knew the blue book value and knew this was low. We eventually settled on $2000 for the trade in. Our car was on the Beardmore website a week later for $4500, and off a week after that. Don't know if it sold or was sent to a used dealer. Today we received a mailer from O'Daniel Honda stating that the 2002 Sunfire is often selling for as much as $2000 over the blue book, depending on miles and condition, carfax, maintenance, offering to buy our Sunfire outright, without a purchase! Since ours was never in any accident, even a fender bender, was maintained by the dealer on the Pontiac maintenance schedule, got 28-30 mpg in the city, and we were the only owners, I am guessing we would have been better to sell it ourselves rather than trade! Live and learn.... The Forester was exactly what we wanted, the basic model w/o all the bells and whistles, and we know we bought it for a VERY fair price, so all in all, we are very satisfied. Rick was wonderful to deal with and we would recommend him. More
