We made an appointment early on a "cold" Saturday morning to look at a new car and Thane had the car parked out front and warmed up when w beginning. Rick Ham is a tremendous asset to Beardmore. I live in Lincoln but purchased my car in Bellvue. Prior to my first trip to Beardmore, I called and told Rick what I was looking for. Understanding that my time is important, he had specific cars ready for me to test drive when I arrived. Worked very hard to get me a fair price. Less than 24 hours into my purchase I had a sensor issue on the car. Rick drove down to Lincoln, picked up my vehicle, and took it in to determine the problem and get it corrected right away. I was anticipating a 500 mile the following day and needed to know that my newly purchased vehicle was going to get me safely to my destination. Problem was quickly taken care of. Rick went above and beyond and later phoned me on the day of my long drive to make sure that my new vehicle was still running smoothly and that I made it safely home.
