Went to Todd Archer looking for a new Hyundai. Went to the dealership once, which is difficult to find, and stood outside looking at a car for 15 minutes and not one salesman came out to speak with me. Checked out the other Hyundai dealers in the Omaha metro area and decided to check-in with Archer again. Parked in their parking lot and a salesman came out, walked up next to me and went back inside. I couldn't believe that was happening. Finally after a few more minutes I spoke with a salesman who got me interested in the Sonata. Took it for a test drive and we began to haggle. Sat in his cubicle for a couple hours while he "checked" prices with his "boss". I had another offer for a Sonata from Stan Olsen I had in my back pocket. They tried to give me the run-around and eventually brought in his "boss". I advised them of the offer that Stan Olsen gave me and the "boss" responded, "Don't be a fool!" I told him I wouldn't being doing my due-diligence if I didn't check back with Olsen and not to call me a fool, which he claims he didn't. He told me that Stan Olsen lies and I should get the car from them. Their offer was about $80/month higher plus a higher down payment. Went to Stan Olsen the next day and got the deal they offered and Todd Archer lost a sale. Overall, don't bother going to Todd Archer as they are as worthless a dealership their is in the metro area. Try to intimidate you to do as they want, if they give you any lip, give it back. Their reaction to this is priceless. More
I stopped in to get some touch up paint for my 2012 Hyundai Tuscon and talked with Darryl in service about some scratches on the vehicle. He called Jeff in the body shop, Jeff took my vehicle, buffed out the scratches and even put on the touch up paint I had just gotten. This all happened in a very short period of time and when Jeff returned my vehicle, it had been washed and was ready to go. I cannot say enough about how GREAT your team is! The salesman who sold me the new vehicle, Jared N, saw me there, came over and asked how I was doing and about how I liked my Tuscon and if everything was going OK. I really appreciate the excellent customer service. Thanks Darry and Jeff. More
What a cluster this place is. We were handed off to several sales people to finally settle with some yahoo who knew nothing about Hyundais. He explained Todd Archer was in some trouble with their main lender so they brought in an outside sales team to sell off some inventory to get his costs down.. We found a vehicle and we advised them we have great credit and will qualify for top notch rates but didnt want them to pull our credit until we could negotiate a price. We filled out the paperwork and began the horrible pricing negotiations. The sales Rep was snakey, using all the classic tactics to get us into this vehicle today. We finally thought we had the price we liked and went into the finance office to have them pull our credit and sign the papers when we discovered they had already pulled our credit and while revieiwng the paperwork they had no given us the price we discussed!! I was livid and me and my family walked out without signing. The sales man chased us to our car trying to explain himself but we didnt want any part of their games. They attempted to intimidate us but we were not having any part of it. The Sales manager ended up calling us as were were driving home basically begging us to come back and what price do we have to have.. we told them and we did give an extra few hundred but pretty much got the price we were looking for. We went back and discovered the interest rate and the loan terms were way above what were were looking for so we nearly walked out again. We have credit scores in the upper 700's so there is no reason for us to have to have a 6 year loan for more than 4% interest.. so they had to correct the paperwork again. We ended up getting somewhat the price we wanted at a bit of a better interest rate for a shorter term. BEWARE when you are working with these people and be prepared to put on your boxing gloves and boots.. SUCH A HASSLE!! Then we went to plate the vehicle to find out they had the incorrect info on the title paperwork so we had to wait for an hour while they sent their guy over with the corrected paperwork.. keep in mind they had a month to get this done.. JOKE!! Will never buy from them again.. and will take our vehicle to another Hyundai dealer for service. More

Ken was knowledgable of the vehicle; he showed me features of this model, took me on a thorough test drive, worked with me on appropriate pricing, introduced me to service department, assisted me in features of this model, took me on a thorough test drive, worked with me on appropriate pricing, introduced me to service department, assisted me in moving my belongings into the new vehicle. My only adverse response was in the financing area: the office blasted cold air directly on my head; $399 for 30 minutes of computer-generated paperwork was totally excessive. One hundred dollars would be more in line. I was disappointed that there was only one ignition key, since I surrendered all three original keys for my trade-in; however, Ken called me a couple of days later to tell me that they had "found" another remote. In total, this was a much more satisfying experience in car-buying than I had attempted at another area dealership, and I am grateful for Mr. Mason's friendliness and professionalism. More

I found the salesperson (Laurie) to be knowledgable, no pressure, very easy to work with. She followed up on all questions in a timely fashion. She was able to secure a new Tucson for me, very quickly. In fact, it took her less than and hour to do a 5-state search to find EXACTLY what I was looking for. She always had a positive demeanor. She followed up with me by phone as she said she would, and, has followed up with me since delivery of the vehicle. Bob, finance mgr., was professional and friendly. He made the "paperwork process" painless, clear and complete. He was well prepared and answered all of my questions. I had visited two other Hyundai dealerships, one in Omaha, Ne. (where I reside), the other in Council Bluffs, Ia. Neither of these dealerships gave me a positive impression for being able to secure what I was looking for. One of them gave me no options other than the two Tucson's they had on the lot, and neither of these had the options that I expressed interest in having. Neither of these dealerships offered or seemed interested in looking outside of their own, immediate area to try and find what I was looking for. I look forward to making referrals to Todd Archer Hyundai in Bellevue, NE.! More
if i could i would give todd archer -2stars on a 0-5 star rating system. at first everything was fine, i was told i was pre-approved for a loan...i had explained to them i had a short credit length but good rating system. at first everything was fine, i was told i was pre-approved for a loan...i had explained to them i had a short credit length but good credit and my fiance has almost no credit...but they said its all OK and that the S.A.C. rep that was on site that day said we were good then come to find out 3 WEEKS later i had been denied any they did not under stand one bit why i thought this was wrong. not to mention the used car i bought (with a warranty) the stereo begin to not work, started to have a sloppy 500rmp idle, and the door lock didn't work (not to mention they only gave us 1 key and no key fobs for a key less entry car!!!) i have been treated badly at a few auto places while looking for a car but not this bad... in fact compared to Todd archer all the other places would be 5* quality. i thought id also pass along that Todd archer also does not check their online reviews on sites like these...i was told this by the finance guy... I had called about the new Elantra and talked with Johnny Rogers. On the phone he was very helpful and I knew what I wanted in the car. I had to purchase it "off the Truck" since most cars didn't make it to Rogers. On the phone he was very helpful and I knew what I wanted in the car. I had to purchase it "off the Truck" since most cars didn't make it to the lot before they was bought. He called me and kept me informed about the status of delivery. On the day it arrived we went up to get the financing done and pick it up. We got right in and started the paper work, Todd Archer stopped by and talked a little with us and then Johnny took us out and showed us the car to make sure we liked it. What wasn't there to love so we headed back in to get the loan papers signed. The loan officer was courteous and went thru the extras that car dealerships offer we declined and there was no pressure to accept, he just answered our questions and moved on. Since we was lived in Iowa our state allowed us to put into the loan tax, tag and title into our loan. When the loan officer added there figures in I noticed they was high on the cost of the plates. I had checked with Iowa on how much all the fees was going to be so the loan officer adjusted the plate fee. All in all we were getting out in good time, but as we came out Johnny wanted to show us a problem that happened in transport. I or my wife didn't see this when we looked at it before. Let’s just say they got it in the next week and took care of the problem giving us a thankful of gas along with a free oil change for our trouble. They could have let us drive off and not said a word but they didn't. They have done all they said they would and was courteous the whole time. More
