How efficiently the entire visit was handled. Everyone was courteous and attentive to the history of the issue I provided. The Honesty. Everyone was nice and friendly. Our salesman Trent Gilbert was awesome, he even tried to explain how to work everything on the dash. Excellent experience. Paperwork lasted an hour or less, at least that's how it felt.
