We purchased a new Sonata. Todd Archer has a good selection to choose from. Cedric Patrick, our salesman, was great to work with. He approached the sale in a friendly, straightforward, no pressure wa selection to choose from. Cedric Patrick, our salesman, was great to work with. It is because of Cedric's professionalism that we give this dealer as high of rating as we do. It was after the sale that the problems began with the finance office. What a fiasco. It's like they never sold a car before. After the sale we had return three times to the dealership to rewrite the deal because of their errors. They even wrote us up for the purchase of the wrong car. I'm not sure now Archer can stay in business with shoddy workmanship like that. Oh well, at least we like the car. More

I purchased a used car from this dealer but then found a new car with an advertised price for just a bit more. I took my 5 day old used car back to them and explained that I was not happy with the deal tha new car with an advertised price for just a bit more.
