I felt like I was the only person there, but in a good way. They were helpful, friendly and overall very understanding. They offered more services but took a no thank you with a smile. They are 3 hours from my home however I will defiantly make the drive the next time I need something. I have closer dealerships but they always make me feel unimportant and like they are just out to get that extra dollar from me. My Hyundai was bought used and is a 2007, I love it. Now I found a dealership that I would be willing to purchase my next vehicle from. Thank you so much, if sales are anything like service they have won a customer. More
What this Brian doesn't have a review yet, that's horrible, lets see if I can help, lol :) It was last September, the 4th to be exact, I bought my 2013 Hyundai Accent GLS 5-door, it was 103 degrees horrible, lets see if I can help, lol :) It was last September, the 4th to be exact, I bought my 2013 Hyundai Accent GLS 5-door, it was 103 degrees that day, my cousin took me to Todd Archer Hyundai in his 1999 Hyundai Elantra, without A/C working, but his elantra has over 150K miles on it. I called the previous day and I had an appointment with Brian since my Hyundai dealer here in Lincoln Ne, had no accents and the sales dept didn't seem to interested in helping me, I also had pre-approved credit from my credit union, so my purchase didn't require the dealership or Hyundai approval for credit. I was going to look around the Omaha area Hyundai dealers, but only got to Todd Archer's, I didn't need to go anywhere else, Brian sold me a car that day, It was fast and easy, 3 hours to be exact, not much haggling, the price was fair, I compared prices on the internet, and I had no trade in. So I got to drive a brand new car home with a fully functional A/C unit, while my cousin is sweltering driving his car back to Lincoln, that was the only regret of the day is that he had to sweat in a hot car home. I have since returned to Todd Archer for oil changes, and tire rotations, I see Brian when I am waiting for my car to be serviced, He gives a friendly hello and sometimes we bs about things. My brother is coming back home soon to visit, he wants to get a new car, He seen my Hyundai Accent, and he liked it, so perhaps we will go up to Todd Archer's and see Brian. More

Jeff was a fair dealer, he understood where i was coming from, very laid back. Did not pressure me into a sale, and was able to work for me to get a good price on a car I know I will enjoy. Both Ray and Darrell have continuously gone out of there way to offer me great service. They are both extremely honest about what service and parts are not really necessary. Darrell Woodin is awesome. He is our service rep for both of our Hyuandai Sonatas. He is always courteous, attentive to our needs, answering all of our questions, very professional, thorough with the detail of our Hyuandai Sonatas. A problem with the brakes caused us to visit the dealer. The Service Advisor determined that there was a problem with the brakes and had the work done. Great work by courteous, professional people. I spoke with Ray Sewell when I first called in with problem did not like his attitude. Took the car in on 5/16/13 & car was not fixed & on 5/31/13 the air did not work. Called & spoke with Darrell Wood problem did not like his attitude. Took the car in on 5/16/13 & car was not fixed & on 5/31/13 the air did not work. Called & spoke with Darrell Woodlin & took it to him that day to show had no air he set up appt 6/3/13 & gave us a loaner & the car was fixed this time. I new when they had it the first time they did not take care of the problem & charged us $132.34 to evac & refill & add dye so they could find the leak two weeks later. Very unhapp7 & Darrell is a wonderful customer service rep. More
