When i first purchased my car from Todd Archer in 2011 i was happy, but that didnt last long. a week after i had it the check engine light was on. Many times i have taken my car in just for an oil change. Twice they didnt put enough oil in my car...they always blare my radio and have my ac on max. when you are working outside of my car their is no need for that. its my car not the mechanics. very rude and disrespectful! Now i just got my car back saying it was done...and it leaked trans. fluid all over they had to tow it back and now for the 2nd week it still aint fixed. I really can't stand this place. They have awful service. I wouldn't trust my car with them on anything. More

Today, my faith in humanity was renewed. I have been ill recently, and thus, it has been difficult to get my car in for some service work that was definitely needed. However, due to issues with a medication recently, and thus, it has been difficult to get my car in for some service work that was definitely needed. However, due to issues with a medication, I was not able to drive the car in to the dealership. I spoke to Ray Sewell, and he agreed to come and pick up my car personally so that the work could be done. Some of the work had to do with a Hyundai recall, but the service that I paid for was only $23.92. Still, he came to my residence and picked my car up, and he returned it after the work was done. Wow! I am so impressed! What great customer service! I would recommend this dealership to anyone! More

She makes sure you get the answers to all your questions, she fights to get you a great deal and we especially liked her no-nonsense approach. I had spoken to a few other dealers prior to accidentally finding Michelle, all whom were either too pushy or didn't want to waste their time if you weren't buying new. I went to Bellevue to test drive a different car at a different dealership, who were closed at 630PM on a Friday night. We were driving past Todd Archer when we decided to check them out. Michelle spent the time, keeping her manager late, by letting us test drive the two cars I had been interested in. I told her we would discuss and be back the next day around 11. My phone wasn't ringing ringing at 9AM when they opened the next day like another dealership I talked to, hounding us to come back in. And when we did go in, Michelle answered all our questions and took the time to ensure we were getting what we wanted. After the purchase, I told a friend about the experience. She had worked with Michelle more than 6 years ago at another place and said it was one of their best car buying experience. I would recommend Todd Archer and Michelle to any of my friends and family. More
I was torn between two cars for my first lease. I was actually leaning toward the other car until it came down to service. Service manager and service representative were not very courteous about my rail dust problem. They both made me fell bad for showing them where the rail dust was still very obvious. Also, don't tell a customer that you would have tried harder to fix something if it would have been a 'paid' job. If i buy a clay bar and get the rail dust out myself, i'll be sure to let you know! Really appreciated the way Brian approached us as soon as we entered the lot. We were not kept waiting, and he was incredibly helpful without being pushy.
