Hello, I had a chance to speak to Mr. Gold and he has seen your review. He apologizes that he made you feel as if he was judging you as that was never his intention. It is common to run a credit application before having a customer take a car home overnight. We generally do that to make sure that we can get the payments within the range that the customer wants and finds affordable. It would be irresponsible for us to help a customer fall in love with a car that they ultimately can not afford. That is not to say that you could not afford the car you were looking at, and I want to make that clear, the salesman and manager simply did not have enough information at the time. Mr. Gold also says that he offered to go to your house with you to make sure your band gear could fit in the car because the manager would not let the car be driven unattended without further information such as running a credit application. I hope that you view this as a resolution to the events. Again, we apologize that we did not communicate better about our intentions and decisions and led you to believe that you were being judged. We hope that you will give us a second chance in the future. If there is anything else that I can help you with, please let me know. Best, Sydney

Hello if you read my original case again this was not the case in my experience. He offered me to take the car. Never did he mention to come with me to try to see of drums would fit. Besides why would he need my driver's license and insurance of he was going to ride with us of we could have just did not on a test drive. Please review my case again I'm still not happy with this reponse as it is not true.
